Our Story
Established in 2004 by Lukas Prochazka, L7 Homes is a construction business that has been since growing steadily in quality and variety of projects. It was founded on a simple belief that a satisfied customer should be the center of attention. We handle every aspect of construction, from small remodeling to large-scale custom projects, however for essential parts of the job like electrical, plumbing and HVAC, we hire licensed subcontractors that can do work better, faster and more economically than we can. The results speak for us.
