Madison Park Home

Madison Park Residence was designed to be contextual with the neighborhood. The style is Georgian Colonial, which has precedence in Seattle since 1905. All details are truly authentic.

Small Balcony Remodel

This beautiful home was built pretty well, however the builder made a few mistakes along the way. L7 Homes was called in to repair these. As it is apparent from the first photo, the balcony was falling off and it had to be fully restructured. The result is a seamless fix, as if nothing ever happened.

Stucco Remodel

Stucco can be a beautiful finish on a house. However, when it is not done right, it can invite water infiltration into the structure. Therefore, proper industry details of flashing and waterproofing have to go hand in hand with the final finish.

Lake Front Cottage

The Lake Front House is located in Central Washington. Originally a small cottage, this house grew large with several additions. We restored this home into the original country feel. The colonial combined with craftsman style was a perfect background for country living.

Deck Remodel

Often we see improper details used by the builders, which cause irreversible damage. We were called to replace an entire deck due to structural damage caused by trapped moisture. The final results are speaking for themselves.

Bathroom Construction

Bathrooms are typically an expensive type of construction per square foot of the space. This is due to plumbing and tile work, as well as cabinetry and lighting. Most important is to achieve a great ventilation by a silent fan and perhaps an open window, if possible. Waterproofing of all wet areas is essential. Tile work has to be straight and designed with good details of edges, corners and caps.

Hardwood Floor Remodel

We install pre-finished floors. These are typically finished for color and surface and we install it with precision. If the customer wants a floor that requires custom finishing, we have subcontractors to achieve just that.

Roof Remodel

Undetected leaks can cause a complete destruction of wood framing. We were called to repair the entire roof, not only cosmetically, but the structure itself.
